Very good service! Although the return instructions are a little tedious, they did work well. I was a little surprised about that. They reviewed the pictures and responded in a day or so. If you're from Australia, AVOID this business like the plague.

Their website says "affordable economy shipping to Australia", I placed an order worth 700 AUD and my item was rejected to be shipped to Australia by the shipping service being considered a "non mailable matter". My package was returned to sender.

TVape's timid customer service refrains from replying to me since the past 4 days, however, they did reply to my initial email regarding shipping delay on the same day. Wonder what's changed? Customer service seems to have tapped out since this is now a real problem. Inconsistent support. Save your money.

Save your frustration, money and time. (Especially if you depend on it for medicinal purposes) I don’t recommend anyone getting product from here. It’s from Canada, and they’ll send it and refuse to give a refund, knowing the United States can’t return it due to the strikes. Now I’m out $300 during the holiday season. Highly recommend going onto the puff peak website and getting their products. They are beyond kind and helpful and have a warranty.
