Global E managing the US connection for VivoBarefoot shoes is an absolute scam of an organization! Absolutely disgusting company. Their shipping department is a scam! I purchased some vivobarefoot shoes and they sent the order by the US Postal Service. It wasn't clear that is how they ship when I checked out, it only stated they do not deliver to PO Boxes. So, I gave them my street address! Where I live, on an Indian Reservarion, we DO NOT have the honor of having rural mail delivery! The postal
Service rejected my order.

What I find absolutely stupid is that this company ships via the postal service, but wont send to PO Boxes, why? We receive large boxes and the like at our post office. So why?

Fuming mad about how Global-E and Vivobaredoot treated me as a customer.

Bad business! My emails to them for a return were never answered. I was finally told to ship the goods back by a third party. As a result, the item is missing even though I shipped it to the location on my receipt. Please save yourself and don’t Purchase from them or Sennheiser.
