I bought my Kids Smart Watches not indicating on the site that you needed additional charges to your phone provider in order for them to work. Now, I been trying to reach the sellers and after sending over 5 emails as to cover the cost of returning these items and to where they need to be returned....they still haven't answered my requests or emails. I'm very frustrated with the service or so they call themselves "support" without getting any!!!! Very frustrating!! I sent these emails way before the 30 day mark. Just so you know. I would hope that the seller would get a hold of me! Order # 1681
