This was my first shopping via Trouva. Ordered big unusual bathroom rug, mirror and clock. All was delivered to Barcelona, Spain. Shopping experience super easy, all goods arrived safely and super fast within a working week in Covid 19 time and in perfect condition. Will shop again for sure!

Great products, but appalling customer service!! I had a parcel put on hold by customs in Spain, I had to chase trouva to help, they told me to contact my local customs to sort it. Since when the client has to do the leg work in the middle of a shipping issue. It is the seller who is supposed to fill the forms or request the customer during the purchase to fill any sort of forms.... Thankfully DHL stepped in and sorted the issue.
I have emailed Trouva to help with the forms and ask more information about my delivery, my emails were unanswered. They washed their hands of any responsibility and were unsupportive. I will not purchase anything from them again due to a lack of customer service.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a skirt but unfortunately didnt fit. Went onto Trouva and can’t get into my account to organise a return, rang the boutique direct and they won’t help, rang Trouva and there’s a message on saying can’t answer calls right now (within the hours stated they’re open), been trying three days now and going to get stuck with a £200 skirt that doesn’t fit because the time is going to run out before any way of returning. Very upsetting. Won’t use again.

Brought a Xmas present for my daughter. Was told it would be here before Xmas. Today I was told that it was no longer in stock and that they couldn't refund the £200 until after Xmas!!! Do not order with them. They have royally screwed me over!!!

Goods received and returned fine but I had to chase them for my refund after not recieving it over a week later. When I called them I now still have to wait another 5 days

Fantastic range of products from beautiful, independent boutiques. I loved browsing through the items and found so much inspiration for gifts and not only. The checkout was easy and delivery was very fast too. Very minimal packaging, which I loved. I'd definitely shop here again. Thank you
