Checkmate is a original brand! Got this beautiful handmade corset amongst a few other gorgeous pieces made by Delvon. It is very obvious she takes a great deal of pride in her designs.Shipping was fast (considering all pieces are hand made)& she did not hesitate to answer any of my questions! A coin well spent!❤️

I can't say thank you enough to Delvon! Last month I came across CheckmatexDelvonJae & I asked for a custom shirt/short set, specifically in the color yellow! I have a friend who had a party on 9/14/21 & we all had to come dressed in yellow. I wanted to wear something custom, relaxed in the shorts & fitted in the shirt.

Delvon executed my order exactly how I wanted! I'm used to buying from underground designers but I can say Delvon's process was amazing. She first sent me a survey that asked various questions about my style. I'm gonna be honest, at first when she sent the survey I wasn't too sure what it was about haha (only because I never did one before) but it was fun & pointed out a lot of things I didn't even realize I look for in fashion.

After the survey, we chatted on the phone for about 15-20 mins. One thing I can say is that she really cares about making your vision a reality!

The shipping, packaging, stickers within the package, tracking on my package, handwritten postcard within my package.. EVERYTHING WAS DOPE & I'll definitely be shopping her again. I'm big on customer service & Delvon you gave that & more! <3

I don’t even know where to begin… Delvon is truly something special. I needed an outfit for my music last minute because my stylist couldn’t pull through. I reached out to Delvon last minute via Instagram, and told her everything that was going on. She said she could get me a custom piece together, and she did! Thank you so much again Delvon, you’re truly talented. Definitely one of the best designers I’ve seen in a long time.
