It's a hit or miss with them. They have great quality material, However the staff is very rude and condescending. They have no communication between them and this make it so hard when you get a different answer from each advisor you speak to. We had delivery scheudled for Friday and no show, called Monday and they said it would be delivered Tuesday, It's Wednesday and after 8 calls and 5 voicemails we come to find out there was no delivery scheduled. I'd say if you are going to bring your business to Jordans, order with extra time in advance and don't expect any friendly advisors.

How this place has 4.3 stars is beyond me. They see you as just a number. I sent my family here because I used to work for them but they received trashed lumber. Smfh. The turnover rate here is so high the person you see one week isn't the same the next. Smdh. I won't recommend.

Best price and in-stock on LVL beams;) To make a fish tank stand, in this case.. Place is super busy and understaffed in yard. Takes a few to get it loaded. This place reminds me of Lumber store/yards from years ago before the big box stores hit town;) Think they have a little of everything on-hand;) Thank you!!

I don't write reviews very often but after careful consideration I feel this review is necessary. I have been using Jordan's building center for several years when I owned my business. Jordan's was a golden GO-TO Lumber center to find most anything I needed and always treated with great respect. I am retired now and this summer I needed some pressure treated lumber. I when to the front counter like I have always done to asked questions about the different types of lumber I needed and got a very rude, arrogant person whom did not want to help or make any suggestions and for the most part try to discourage me and blew me off. I muscle through and was able to find what I needed and made my purchase. I had to return two more times and each time unfortunately had to deal with the same person who seemed agitated and really did not want to help me or even seemed to want to be there. Today 11-1-23 I needed some lap siding and really hesitated even going back to Jordan's but I did and guess who helped me. That same person who again did not want to help or make any suggestions and basically wanted me just to go away. Again I muscle through and was able to make my purchase and head out to the yard which I was helped with friendly people and completed my quest for this siding. Looking at the receipt I noticed there was a name of this person whom that I have been dealing with ( ERIC) and after all my interactions as described giving this person the benefit of doubt of just having a bad day for all the transaction I have made with him as described I felt if necessary to give this review. Eric, in my humble opinion is a people hater and I wonder how the management doesn't recognize this problem with this person. The only thing I can think why a person like this is working here is that he must be the GOLDEN EGG TO THE LUMBER BUSINESS. I ran my own business FOR 40 plus years with over a100 employees and if anyone would have treated a customer like I have been treated by ERIC this person would have been kick to the curb. I hope management takes this review seriously and has a talk to this person.

Very frustrating to deal with. 3 trips to Jordans, 6 hours of driving, 9 phone calls and 2 weeks later, they ended up just saying they didn't have what we needed and sent us to a lumbar yard in Henderson to get it.

Trying to work with Jordan was a huge waste of time, and they didn't even care that they wasted so much of our time.

I would never recommend this place.

I made a large purchase of many Marvin windows and doors from Jordan's 10 years ago and the experience was extremely frustrating. If I called, their window guy, Lee, he would seldom answer the phone and often would not return my vm-s. When I went by to set up an appointment, he would ignore me as I stood outside his glass walled office. No one else at Jordan's seemed concerned that a customer was just standing there and nobody asked if they could help me.I persisted because I wanted Marvin windows and I finally was able to place an order and receive delivery.

We are currently starting another major renovation project (lots of windows and doors) and I again foolishly went to Jordan's because I didn't know there are other Marvin dealers in Denver. Lee now has an assistant but she refuses to help even with setting up an appointment and or providing basic information. And again I had the same experience of being ignored. As before, I stood outside Lee's office while he ignored me until I finally just walked out. Since then I have found that there are other Marvin dealers who actually answer the phone and are helpful.

Interestingly, everyone I met at Jordan's this time was rude and unhelpful. It's a wonder that they are able to stay in business.

Ordered kitchen cabinets through them. Nick was very helpful with my kitchen design and remodel. He gave lots of insightful tips in the design that I had not considered. He was also respectful as to what I wanted and did not try to make me purchase something more expensive. The cabinets we got are beautiful and a really high quality.
