Christopher was more than accommodating for our full experience of Poland. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and informative of the history of the locations we visited. The guides were on time, courteous, and personable. From the transfer to and from the airport, to Auschwitz and the salt mines, Wroclaw, and last minute arrangements to Zakapane and arranging the transport, hotel, and guide in Gdansk. Also, by chance, meeting one of the most influential world leaders of the 20th century Lech Walesa. Truly an unforgettable experience.

Our guided tours with Christopher was without a doubt the highlight of our trip to Poland. We live in Chicago, but our ancestors originated from Poland many years ago. Chris not only showed us so much in Krakow and beyond (we also had him take us to Zakopane and Slovakia) but he also taught us a lot about Polish history. Christopher was an exceptional guide.
We booked a private tour specifically to cater for our large family including teens and an 8 year old. We knew there would be some sights on the tour which might be too much for our youngest and we were able to accommodate so he could experience at a level which was appropriate for him. Christpher was knowledgable, polite and gave us insight into Auschwitz as well as Polish history and culture. He also helped with booking a lovely spot for dinner and made arrangements for a last minute tour of the Salt Mines the very next day. Highly recommended.

After having a private tour of Kraków with Private Tours Krakow, I booked a private, two-week tour of eastern Poland. I am writing a novel that takes place in Eastern Poland between 1900 and 1997. I wanted to learn about people, the history, and current events. My trip was a great success.

Christopher is an excellent guide because 1. He knows a great deal about Poland’s past and present, 2. His doctoral background in philosophy enables him to discuss important social and historical events beyond just the facts, and 3. his English is up to such challenges. Not to mention the fact that he’s a very nice guy.

We toured the country in his Mercedes Benz van was a pleasure and, while I would certainly recommend him for one or two day tours, I think he and his team are exceptionally valuable as friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful guides for trips of any duration.
