This place is a gem - Coach Derek is fantastic! We’re taking lessons as a family and are a few sessions in. Our son has played for a while and likes to power through his swings. He is now taking much more care with his technique, as such golf has suddenly become “his favorite” sport. We can see the difference in my husband’s swing / game as well. I am an adult starting from 0 and find that it’s an enjoyable journey so far! We come to the studio with a range of ages and experience and coach Derek shifts gears smoothly to meet us where we are. I am a senior golfer and took up golf a month ago. I took a lesson with Coach Derek on day 1. I was an absolute beginner and didn't even know how to grip the club. Coach Derek helps me craft my swing based on way that my body moves, not some kind of one swing fits all. Once a week we work on different aspects of my swing as well as well as address any issues that I noticed at the range that week. We continue to add in new skills like pitching, putting, and driving.

I am absolutely amazed how much my swing has improved. I still slice the ball and hit it along the ground sometimes, but my good shot percentage has steadily climbed. Whether you are new to golf or been at it for a while, I believe that Coach Derek could improve your game.

Derek has deep passion for the game and communicates his knowledge in an easily understandable and relatable way. He tailors his coaching to each individual and their goals and across all skill levels and ages. I'm a beginner and have taken two lessons with him so far and now starting to understand the physics of what's going on and important in a swing and starting to make adjustments and already hitting the ball more consistently and straighter. Can't recommend this place enough!
